Refund Policy

At Kidovia, we want you and your child to be happy with the "10,000 Whys" Encyclopedia.

Right of withdrawal (Norway / EEA statutory right) In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven), you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

Our extended 30-day guarantee On top of your statutory rights, Kidovia voluntarily extends this to a full 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund.

Conditions for return

• The item should be returned in its original condition where reasonably possible. Normal signs of a child having read the book are not a reason for us to refuse a refund.
• Please contact us at kidoviahelp@outlook.com before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process and provide a return address.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kidoviahelp@outlook.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
